Hey Guys,
We're out of town for the weekend... This morning, I had the wacky idea of my wife and I dueling a Dirge and Troub... Yeah, sounds crazy... Would their buffs compliment each other? Any thoughts would be cool. Thanks guys and have a great weekend, Lazy |
Humm that would be intresting to try if the buffs do stack you would be fast as hell. They both have basically the same buffs but I am curious now to find out if they would stack.
|
Yeah, I tried that yesterday morning, and the buffs do not stack...
I wasn't sure if the dirge had more offensive buffs and the troub more defensive. Not really sure about that. Let me know if you guys have any thoughts. Right now, we are building up a dirge and swashy, since Rymer already has a high lvl troub. If we like the dirge a lot, I might power lvl it up, so Lady can still play her warden and I can use the dirge. We'll see how it goes. |
yep rathious,
you will be maintank after you get the lvl's and gear, unless i get alot of relic stuff, but if you do get the gear, a gardian makes a better tank and a pally makes a better main assist.. thats the way i laid out my aa's at first anyways.. i screwed up on them though, when i out lvled you and i needed the stamina i screwed my aa's all up trying to get str and stamina... when i respec i'm going on all my melee crits and spell crits... as far as aa's go, i've learnt strength is easily maxed when i'm in a group, or the other way around my wisdom will max easily in group... where a paladin lacks is mitigation buffs like the gaurdian and zerker gets, so i will always fall short on mitigation opposed to a gaurdian or zerker, but the new expansion is suppose to solve that according to what i've read, just have to wait and see... plus i dont like main tankin anymore, i like assisting , starting off in defensive stance then switching out and going offensive, after the battle and aggro has set in on the main tank.. for t7 raids we need an x4 raid group... 4 or 5 healers a mix of them, casters of all types, a pally or 2 :] , a couple of beserkers, scout class's.... bah just a good mix of all class's.... i just hope people are patient as everyone lvl's up.. so QG can raid as a guild, thats the main thing i'm worried about!!!!!!!!!!!! |
I hear that man ppl wil;l have to be patient but then agian I guess if ppl can't wait for other to lvl then we prolly don't need them. I have been in my 60's for a long while and been working on getting higher lvl it is a tough road I just hope we all can stick it out cause in the end we will be the strongest guild in qeynos.

My opinion,
Grp 1, 2-3 tanks 1 dirge rest healers Tanks in order of priority, (Zerker for high dps which deals high aggro and big taunts. Second, Pali to ward, heal, taunt, ward, heal taunt..So if MT goes down he should have enough aggro to take control. Third tank, Guardian for huge defensive buffs and if all else fails, a great tank to keep the the rest of the raid from getting wiped. Send and third tank can be switched if need be. Grp 2, Ranged and High DPS class group with 1 troub for crit buff and Power re-gen buff's also a healer for group heals from aoe's and AE dots placed within the healers group. Grp 3 and 4 mid to upper grade DPS classes with healers spread within.. MONKS ARE NEEDED. since foxey now has a zerker, we can now use your monk lazy.. I will edit if i think of anything else. |
yeah
Yeah, that sounds great, I got my 70 warden, 55 ranger hopefully 60 soon, we are on our way to becoming the shit, Hail The Gaurd!!!! Hail The Gaurd!!! The Gaurd is coming so Freetards watch out, we taking on your city bia's
|
Yeah we should get some tier 6 raids going on. we have enough ppl to wouork on those or even tier 5.
|
Lady and I are working on building up a dirge and mystic... to give us some versitility in the high lvls... I would like to just lvl them up ASAP, but she likes questing, so we'll see. Nice work on the raids so far... Lots of loose ends, but once we get used to coordinating everything, it should be a lot of fun :)
