That says they're Region free and that any DS can run any game from anywhere in the world, and my R4 allows me to play downloaded JP and UK games, so I would assume you could get one out there and it would be fine.

i play anything dude. whatever u wanna play i will download. right now i have to buy another power adapter cause my friend took it so there will be no playing games atm.

Both DS and PSP are region free. I think the only thing not region free is the movies on the PSP.

They were selling PSPs to people all over the world before sony had launched them anywhere but Japan. Needless to say, Sony wasn't happy.
