I got the ring of death until I took out my intercooler and then it worked fine again. Try that <3

I did it I still have the rings of death. My xbox was made November 28 2005. So Shouldn't that be part of the first batch and didn't they say something about replacing the first batch problems? I don't know but I am about to find out.

I love my intercooler, I had problems with the 360 until I got it. It's no big deal Jester, it's the internet. I know the shit would've been different in person or whatever so I'm not bothered.

Didn't you buy the 2 year extended warranty Jester when you got your xbox360, or the warranty from whatever store you purchased your 360 at? And yeah, i think your xbox is from the first batch and you should have it fixed for free. Microsoft a while back, i forgot where i saw it at.. but they said they would replace/fix for free all the new 360 batches and if you already paid like $130.00 to get it fixed, they will reinburse you and all. So yeah, you should def check into it or call 1-800-4-my-xbox and talk to them to see what you can do man. Sorry, i hope my post was somewhat a little helpful to you.
