hit print screen and and go to start, then all programs, Accessories, and then go to paint once your in pain go to edit, paste, save as, and then the name you want

o for got to tell u print screen is on the part of your keyboard where delete is and stuff so if u want some sites to host your image of you desktop they will be numbers best to worse
