'm looking for a new router (that doesn't timeout every 10 minutes) I use torrents a lot, I play some games often, and I need it to be a good price. Budget is about 100$ Oh yea and no wireless router, any suggestions?

you can build your own that will be faster and more powerful than any router you could buy for free if you have the parts laying around.
