after spending some time reading the forums i came to a forum topic about boosting to elite in 20 seconds. topic here:

now the only one being elite rank properly assuming he didnt boost is HuStL3
because he is the only one with the achievement but im pretty sure i remember 2 more of them having the elite rank.

this would technically go against the gamebattles rules of fair gameplay because by exploiting this bug they have access to better weapons and armor then I do.

what probably happened is hustl3 exploited a bug and let people use account recovery with his account to get the elite rank and get an unfair advantage in gamebattle games.

evidently theres also a glitch where you restrict certain items but you can still use them by resetting to a default template after you join the match. that might explain the grenades and shooting around corners before they knew we were there, even with GPS disabled.

i dont care that we lost but i just want to point out to the people that were stressed and stuff that we might have been cheated and are the better team.

Good research wood. I never heard about that glitch until now. Pretty shitty people can't play right.

Yeah they had C4 restricted right at the first round that they were hosting but then they used it so I checked if they had unrestricted it but i was still restricted they unrestricted it on the second round. So i dont know what that was about.

I talked to an ref about the whole elite thing and restriction thing, and there is nothing they can do since they, or we cant proove it.

Boosting to elite doesnt go against gamebattles rules since its just an rank within the game not an rank in gamebattles. It may go against the xbox live code of conduct, so people would have to take it up with the xbox team.

As for the glitch with restricting shit, as we may have experinced it, theres no way of telling if they did it since we cant see what they restrict when an opposing team hosts.

SO all in all we just have to be the better team and just beat teams using skill that use exploits.
