Anyone really fluent with PHP?

My cadet wing has a website coded in php and we found a problem. Our solution works for now but it is only temporary and we can't find anyone (short of contracting someone for some $$$) that can help us.

Basically what I want to do is our website currently has a link on the main page (cl.php) "Ops Orders" that links to "opsorders.php". I want it to point to a different page on the website, one that we can edit through our current interface.

Does anybody think they could help with that if they saw the code?

It is possible i could help but i am not sure I should be looking at that code you may want to clear it with the authorities that be in power before you give that out. Yes i understand you can view source in the browser but not sure if they have all their source available for the page might have links ppl aren't supposed to have and stuff hidden in the code.
