I was just about to mention that you might want to check your Left and Right balance lol.
Sometimes it's the simple things :)
I remember this one time my friend didn't go on his computer for like two weeks claiming it was broken. I went over disassembled his PC but couldn't figure out why the pos wouldn't turn on. Finally I checked the power cord and sure enough it had managed to come unplugged from the wall.
