Ty. You can use it too if you like, it's under Avatars in the Control Panel of these forums :) Though, it's not under "Movies", for some reason I accidentally put it in another category.
Anyway, on topic here. You can have up to 3 division leaders. Most divisions, after they've started and have grown a bit, choose to have 3, so yeah, 2 for now is NP.
Are you guys playing at all yet? Practicing?
