How is the leadership system? The first person in the division who wants to step up as a leader, and can handle it gets it... its not much more power because its mostly shared, but the leader handles the gb stuff, and can ask other people to help
Are we going to have strategies?... hard to tell, in rainbow six its easier to say because its a slower paced game... I'm pretty sure we'll set up groups of 2-3 to travel in... at least, I know we could make a strategy per map (grab 3 story building on crash*... etc)

When we grow, who or what determines who gets play time? We'll go by a couple of things that seemed to work for the vegas division:
Who's online... not everyone is always gonna be on for the matches.. so first we'll see who's online
Who played in the last match... If someone played in 4 matches straight and someone comes in who hasn't played a match in a while, we'll get the person who hasn't played in many in.
Who wants to play... it seems that people would always be eager to play in a match, but say... they're having a bad day playing, they're too tired, they have something to do the next day so can't stay up late... we ask that actually first... we usually have a discussion about who's playing though..
dedication... come on for as many practices, games with clan members as you can, post on here a lot... or both..
Practices? Could be a decider... maybe, but that would include the dedication.. I'm guessing we'll have these... whenever people are on, don't ignore invites to parties from clan guys...
Stats? I don't think we'll worry about these that much, maybe for little arguments for fun, but nothing REAL serious..
