Default Audio Editors? Anyone here who can splice?

I need someone who can take a sound file of someone saying something, and be able to splice one word in the middle of it replacing anoither word.

Anyone able to?

Thanks.

It's really easy to do bro. There are multiple free programs out there you can use for free.

I had a lot of luck with audacity
