Default Somethings Overheating

So I just started to pick this problem up because of Warhammer Online. Now i realized its happening in world of warcraft as well.

Basically, I'll be able to get like 5-10 minutes of playtime max before the entire computer just freezes up, sound starts skipping and i have to manually restart it.

Now at first, I thought it was my graphics card, I had been having problems with the graphics before, it was giving weird spots in games, and just messing up graphics in general, so I replaced that with a 9800 gtx+ and I'm still having these problems.

I guess if anyone has any ideas as to what it could be, or a good program to monitor system temperature that would be nice too.

Thanks in advance
