The content of over 1,800 MIT courses available, for free, over the internet. No registration required. It doesn't give you a degree or certificate or anything of that nature, but talk about a great place to further your knowledge on tons of subjects.

I'm going have to agree with ice here*gasp* that is pretty fucking sweet. I'll probably endup wasting hours looking through it. lol
