Team Roster

Ok, well we have to start finalizing members now that the game is getting real close to release.

I'm still not 100% sure how we'll do squads, idealy I wanted to do at least 2 squads to scrim against eachother, but do we want to set specific peopel to specific teams? That part I'm still not 100% on.

well, 2 squads really wouldnt be enough to scrim together since the max team size from what i have been hearing is 4v4
and as for splitting them up, we can just play around for the first 2-3 weeks, and see who likes which weapons and such, and then organize accordingly, seting a desired weapon count in each squad

I'm down with doing whatever will make the best teams, but I also agree that it would be in our best interests to have more than 2 squads, unless there are 2 sqauds with two interchangable teams in each squad.

Yeah, the idea was to have a squad of 4 with maybe as high as 4 backups for that squad. Since things always come up, and there's always other people needed. Ok so maybe 4 replacements is high, maybe 2-3 max. We'll of course expect people to show up for matches they say they will show up for, so we shouldn't need THAT many replacements, and if we do, someone needs to be removed from the team anyway if they're never showing up.

So yeah, you guys are probably right. Maybe 6 people per team, 4 main, 2 replacements. So however many reliable good people we end up with when this game launches, we'll go from there and figure out how many teams we need.

it really depends on what goes down when the game comes out, I would say basically do an A team and a B team, A being the players that pick the game up fast, are good at it, and dedicate the most time to it. B, being the lesser of the two, its kinda harsh but theres plenty of it if you look on things like CAL and TWL.
