Ive done some more reading.
The "Birth by sleep" secret trailer at the end of KH2 FM+ is in fact a scene from the PSP game. Birth By Sleep takes place 10 or so years before Kingdom Hearts, and answers a lot of the questions surrounding the Kingdom Hearts universe, supposedly surrounding the origins of the Keyblades.
358/2 is the story of Roxas' existence between him being created and when he was kidnapped and used to rebuild Sora's memories in the 7 Days before the beginning of KHII. (365 - 7 = 358). The meaning of the "/2" is still unknown. The game will follow Organization XIII's day to day happenings, and is a multiplayer as well as a single player game.
"Coded" is a mobile puzzle game that takes place in one of the computers in Mickey's castle. It is supposedly about corrupted data involving Jiminy's journal, and a digital representation of Sora is created to "debug" the system by solving puzzles.
