new problem, maybe someone can help...

This forum was opened in 2007 and after nearly 16 years needs to be retired. The forum software is long out of date and has become progressively harder to patch in order to run on newer hosting software. I have done what I can to get the forum up in a read-only view, but posting will remain broken. A few old members still hang out on Discord if you'd like to stop by to say hello.

ITH is Offline Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: Okinawa Japan Posts: 264	check the wiring that u moved, sounds like u have a short in the wire somewhere and it could have fried something on your mobo. if there was a small break in one of the wires and u moved it close to the case it would have shorted itself out through your case. but a high resistance short will cause some really hot temps, and some really funky problems on different things.
