My only reservations are that I have never been on a MULTI-PLATFORM clan. I've only been in clans that focus on one game at a time. But I guess there's a first time for everything.

BTW, I go to college at FIU in Miami and work a 30 hour week scehdule, but I am available most nights from 11pm EST- 3am. Some days I might have time to be on earlier, but let me know if that late night schedule will conflict with the clan's interests.

Ok, well add me (xbatmanx 301) and oTHE MESSIAHo, Dutchmaster151, and eightyeesix, and vilocar4ptor (spelling?) and as for the multi platform/game clan, its a big group of people, good forums, I'm sure everyone on here is fun to play with, its more of a community. You get to know people in your division very well (I know a lot of the vegas members... Jester, pooter, guyzea, sean etc etc (ill f8ted will get mad if I don't include him) but its great.

Cool, what form do you guys use for recruitment? Is it a tryout system or what?

It's a "we need people to start a division.." basis, don't worry, your in. We just have to make sure of a couple of things:
1. Your over 16
2. Your not a dousche
3. You communicate (even a little is ok)
4. You don't completely and udderly suck... (0-30 is the minimum to not be in... but we)

We're not really strict, especially when it comes to starting up a division, and it looks like I found a couple of good guys to start it off with... and I think my cousin might join (holy jezus ftw), and I got a few IM messages from people who wanna join...

I still have a lot of questions on how the system works around here though.

How is the leadership system?
Are we going to have strategies?
When we grow, who or what determines who gets play time?
Practices?
Stats?

I just want to get a feel for this clan. I played a bit tonight with you (Batman) and your cuz and it was cool. We won most of our games so that was good, and I found out we both work at Target...Speaking of which, I work 11-7pm tomorrow, the bastards.

How is the leadership system? The first person in the division who wants to step up as a leader, and can handle it gets it... its not much more power because its mostly shared, but the leader handles the gb stuff, and can ask other people to help
Are we going to have strategies?... hard to tell, in rainbow six its easier to say because its a slower paced game... I'm pretty sure we'll set up groups of 2-3 to travel in... at least, I know we could make a strategy per map (grab 3 story building on crash*... etc)

When we grow, who or what determines who gets play time? We'll go by a couple of things that seemed to work for the vegas division:
Who's online... not everyone is always gonna be on for the matches.. so first we'll see who's online
Who played in the last match... If someone played in 4 matches straight and someone comes in who hasn't played a match in a while, we'll get the person who hasn't played in many in.
Who wants to play... it seems that people would always be eager to play in a match, but say... they're having a bad day playing, they're too tired, they have something to do the next day so can't stay up late... we ask that actually first... we usually have a discussion about who's playing though..
dedication... come on for as many practices, games with clan members as you can, post on here a lot... or both..
Practices? Could be a decider... maybe, but that would include the dedication.. I'm guessing we'll have these... whenever people are on, don't ignore invites to parties from clan guys...
Stats? I don't think we'll worry about these that much, maybe for little arguments for fun, but nothing REAL serious..
