It took me about five doses before I started feeling anything at all. You have to concentrate on the beats. Best way is to lay down in bed, close your eyes and just listen to the beats. Try not to get distracted.

my first one worked alright, but yea i agree you really do have to concentrate on the beats, although i always find my mind wandering to other things when i dose, a few moments later i'll be back focusing on the beats..the more i do the better they seem to work..i did the 5HTP one last night before i went to sleep, i woke up tired as fuck and my stomach felt like shit (normal occurences) however I didn't really mind it and i just kept going which was weird, normally i wouldn't have

Yeah my mind drifts off all the time. Especially with the sleep doses and I start falling asleep lol. I haven't, nor will I, do the drug ones. I've already got anxiety issues.

Have you I-dosed on WEED man? (lol half baked) some one tell me the result of that lol. you will prolly fall asleep while doing whatever it is you do. I have no clue what this is besides reading it I am not going to buy into the government mind control program business lol.

Strictly audio. Sounds like static noise and pulses going to both ears.
