There are dozens of ladders and leagues for Gears of War. There are tons of teams to scrim against all day long as well.
http://gearsofwar.xbox360.gamebattles.com/ is the ladder we used, and
www.MLGpro.com is the league most everyone is into. CAL has a Gears forum and has been considering picking up Gears, but now that MLG has picked up Gears, I don't think many care much about CAL anymore.
