Invite or Open Recruiting

I think you should invite ppl to openly recruit if you make it all leetzor ppl won't even want to join. I would say open the doors to the masses and then make your teams and what not. I would never turn someone away because you think they suck they might have 20 leet ass friends. You can let them be ion the division but that doesn't mean they will match. I say the more the merrier. that is just me though I have had clans shut the door in my face for BF2 and watched them fall apart and turn to non-exsistant. I played in the RvS division for a long time and never matched for like a year until I got good enough. Anyway my 2 cents on it. Don't be so leet you make ppl not want to join in the Fun that is FA. They might also be uber at other games but we would never Know. anyway that is all.

I know what you're saying Rath and I do agree. That's how the AA Division started. I'm just saying it would be great if the division leaders could enable or disable open recruiting. Because at this point in the AA division we are accepting only skilled players so we don't want noobs joining. Granted most of the AA division were all noobs at one point and have built their skill while they were here. But now they're skilled and now we need to bring in good players. And another thing. When we ask good players to join they look and see all these noobs and are like "No thanks."
