Actually poncho I think you left me out :( Node never really played, and bradley was my recruit although ice did play occasionally. Other than that Im gonna come in strongly and support poncho on this. His situation seems awfully familiar to mine, and he should have a second chance, if he stirs up shit fine ban him but I think freeman and I talked about this stuff once and this is how FA loses current and future members. Everyone screws up sometimes and banning people doesnt solve anything.

I believe if Poncho is redy to come back then he should.

Now that Spin and Napir (fragsalot too) have left i believe we need as many mature members as we possibly can get.

If poncho doesnt show maturity talk to him about it, if poncho repeatedly doesnt show maturity then think about kick/ban.

Problems arise when two individuals can't meet a middle ground. What you all have to learn is people think different ways. Argue your points matter of factly and consistently and the problems will be solved. Neither party will be given exactly what they want but a middle ground can and will be reached. Otherwise if you go off on a rant like some little five year old you aren't going anywhere and everyone will turn to the other person who held a better argument.
